Returns and Exchanges
We strive to get every order to you in good condition but we know that sometimes damages occur. If for some reason, your order arrives damaged or did not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for return instructions at fivewillowscandleco@yahoo.com. Please keep your original packaging for returns. We unfortunately cannot refund or replace items that have been used.
EXCHANGES
We know that it's not easy to find that perfect fragrance online. If for any reason your purchase did not meet your expectations and you would like to exchange your unburned candle or wax melt, please contact us at fivewillowscandleco@yahoo.com. After receiving confirmation from Five Willows, we will provide a free exchange minus shipping costs. The candle/wax melt you are exchanging will need to be sent back to us in the original packaging. Exchanges are limited to 14 days after delivery.
